Origins Layout on Guitar Harmonic Applications Standards Resources Meet the Instructor
 

The following proficiency standards have been created and developed by the instructor. They are comprised of an evaluation system measured against a set of performance tasks. The performance tasks should be individually designed according to the student's level musicianship and topic of study. Further development can be acquired through consultation with the instructor.

Practice each performance task in the table below without a metronome. As you become familiar with the material, practice each task with a metronome at the listed tempos. Start at the lowest tempo and work your way up. DO NOT move to the next level until you have achieved at least a 3 pick rating for each performance task.
